The lower refrigerator compartment is designed to operate between 2 and 8 ºC, with a digital thermostat that allows you to control the temperature without opening the door. We include an alarm/thermometer that users can easily install to monitor the refrigerator temperature. This temperature monitoring device is calibrated to NIST standards in our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration laboratory and ships with a 2-year certificate for your records. The thermometer displays the current and high/low temperatures to the nearest tenth of a degree in a readout switchable from Celsius to Fahrenheit. The temperature probe is encased in a glycol-filled bottle to help simulate the temperature of stored materials, rather than the refrigerator air temperature. An audible alarm warns if the unit has gone out of the recommended range.Inside the refrigerator section, the AGP34RFLCAL features fan-forced cooling to for even temperature distribution, with adjustable wire shelves to help promote proper circulation. Door racks are included to hold non-temperature sensitive items. The refrigerator utilizes automatic defrost to reduce user maintenance, while the upper freezer compartment comes with a static manual defrost system. The freezer also includes door storage. It is best suited for storing ice packs and other items without strict temperature requirements. (NOTE: the freezer temperature is based off the refrigerator setting and cannot be adjusted independently.) Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
