Accucold's PRO Series features all-refrigerators and all-freezers designed for reliable temperature stability in institutional settings.Sized at 32" high and just under 24" wide, the VT65MLPROADA is an all-freezer designed for freestanding use in hospitals, doctors' offices, and other facilities with specific temperature needs following ADA guidelines for lower counter height. Made in Europe, it comes in a white finish with a fully finished cabinet. A hospital grade cord with a 'green dot' plug offers added safety in high traffic areas and factory-installed lock is located towards the top of the unit for convenient security. A digital thermostat is located in the kickplate for easy temperature management.This manual defrost -25 ºC capable unit features three removable interior drawers with clear fronts, ideal for keeping contents protected from ambient temperature when the door is opened. It has a flat door liner as recommended by the CDC and VFC. An access port is installed in the rear to allow users to install their own temperature monitoring equipment.The VT65MLPROADA can be paired with a matching all-refrigerator (model FF6LPROADA or FF7LPROADA). Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. We have a 30-days return policy (Product)s must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non - Returnable Items

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
